Look and feel
The current Look & Feel is a reflection of the brands pillars of Fashion Excitement, Newness and Value. The current look was born in 2007 in our Liverpool concept store and has evolved to adapt to the challenges of different sizes of stores and markets whilst being internationally recognisable. The colour palette of dark and light greys compliment the various designer wallpapers on Women’s providing a perfect backdrop for the more fashion driven collections, whilst our iconic shoe shelf services our UK leading footwear business. The Brands vision to be Obsessively Customer Focussed is never more noticeable than in the fitting rooms where designer wallpapers provide a luxurious environment at the major customer purchase decision point.
The successful new concept is currently being installed into all new stores going forward and in 2009 after a cost engineering exercise we began a rigorous rollback program to all of our existing stores. The Look and Feel project is taking place over a number of phases, of which we are currently in phase 4, completed almost 150 stores and on target to complete the full rollout by 2012.
